CerevoVolt

Payment Processing System Automation

Building the Future of Payment Processing

We started CerevoVolt because we saw small businesses in Bulgaria spending hours each week wrestling with payment systems that should work for them, not against them.

Back in early 2023, our founder Dimitar was helping his cousin set up an online shop in Blagoevgrad. What should have been a straightforward process turned into days of confusion with payment gateways, reconciliation headaches, and manual data entry that ate into actual business hours.

That's when we realized something. The tools existed, but they weren't designed for the people who needed them most. Small business owners didn't need another complicated dashboard. They needed systems that understood their real workflow and just handled things quietly in the background.

So we built CerevoVolt with one clear goal: make payment processing automation feel like it's hardly there at all, while doing the heavy lifting that actually matters.

How We Got Here

From a shared frustration to serving businesses across Bulgaria, here's what shaped our path and why we keep pushing forward.

March 2023

The Beginning

Started in a cramped office with three people who'd spent years watching business owners struggle with payment systems. We had more questions than answers, but we knew the current options weren't cutting it.

First Real Users

Convinced twelve local businesses to try our beta system. The feedback was brutal and honest, which turned out to be exactly what we needed. We learned more in those three months than the previous six combined.

Finding Our Approach

Rebuilt the core system after realizing we'd been solving the wrong problems. Sometimes you need to throw out months of work to get it right. Our users noticed the difference immediately.

Expanding Reach

Opened our Blagoevgrad office and brought on people who actually understood what business owners dealt with daily. Not just developers, but folks who'd run shops, managed inventory, and dealt with payment headaches themselves.

Where We Are Now

Serving over two hundred businesses across Bulgaria. Our system processes thousands of transactions daily, and more importantly, it does so without requiring constant attention from the people using it.

Looking Ahead

What Comes Next

We're not chasing growth for growth's sake. Our focus stays on making payment automation work better for the businesses that need it most. That means listening more than talking, building tools that solve actual problems, and staying honest about what we can deliver.

Through 2025 and into 2026, we're working on features that came directly from conversations with our users. Things like smarter reconciliation that catches errors before they become problems, better reporting that doesn't require a finance degree to understand, and integrations that actually save time instead of creating new complications.

Simpler Integrations

Working with local Bulgarian banks and payment providers to reduce setup time from days to hours. We're tired of watching business owners jump through unnecessary hoops.

Smarter Automation

Building systems that learn from how you work and adjust accordingly. The goal is fewer surprises and more time focused on your actual business instead of payment administration.

Real Support

Expanding our team with people who can help when things go wrong. Not chatbots or ticket systems that vanish into the void, but actual humans who understand your business context.
